Week 3- The Whole Grain Switch

Hey my beautiful  people!
This week may be the most challenging  one yet.

The whole grain switch!!

This week I want you to switch all your carbohydrates  from white carbs to whole grain!

This means everything.   Pasta, bread, rice. ..you name it!!
White carbohydrates have very little to no nutritional value and they are difficult  to digest. These types of carbs are filled with empty calories that go straight to your gut and stay there!

So kick the bad habit this week. Say NO MORE to white carbs.

Continue  to eat as much as you like and the challenges from the previous two weeks!!

It has been exciting  to hear some girls already begins to lose weight  from being on this plan!
